Habits are the small decisions & actions that we make every day, accounting for +-40 percent of our behaviours on any given day. Some attributes of Habits are:-

● They do not have an end date or time
● They help us achieve our Goals
● They are often unconscious – which can be good, but sometimes not so good
● They can be used to create or break behaviours
