A Personal Fulfillment Framework

A framework is a structure underlying system, or process, to build something. A Personal Framework is as underlying structure for your life.

In reality a personal framework is about who and what we are naturally: our natural approach life. And because of this, we often don’t see it as a structured underlying thing we do … it is what it is … we are what we are. Still, the word ‘framework’ is just used to encapsulate the meaning for … ‘a structured underlying system to build something’, so let us not get too caught up in semantics.

A classic example of a personal framework is  ‘Fake it ’till you make it’.

Some people, with a degree of Self Awareness, already know the underlying thinking that helps them build their life, and work. On the other hand, some of us need to consciously adopt or create a framework to help us.

Identifying one or more personal frameworks is part of the Self Awareness process, where we begin to know what drives us forward. Additionally, we can also use different frameworks for different aspects of life, such as a growth framework for our career stage.

Example personal frameworks:-

  • Go with the flow
  • Find your passion
  • Design you life
  • Seek to understand yourself
  • Born to fulfil a purpose
  • Fake it ’till you make it
  • Work hard, play hard
  • Work hard, play harder
  • Be flexible, adjust as you go
  • Let the wind take me
  • Brainstorm options, select & run with the best

The above are a few personal frameworks to be discussed in detail in future articles.

If you are interested in creating your very own framework, have a read of the article below. This is a really good story and example of how someone self-assessed, and built a framework that suited them . . . based on who and what they are.
